I have an iPad *rd generation. In the past few weeks I have found that I am unable to open certain screens within Homeaway. As of this morning I am unable to Login as an owner *******, I could not open the inbox prior to this, and now I seem unable to open most of your information and help boxes!!! I have been in touch with able and reset my iPad, but they can find nothing wrong, please can you advise as unable to conduct my business. I tried to ring you but it said I needed to put in a code which had been sent to my telephone, my phone is a landline so doesn't receive texts. I can not ring from my french telephone as says number is incorrect, so a bit feed up .
GetHuman-kaydoney did not yet indicate what HomeAway.com should do to make this right.
