Hi,**I just would like to check on how to go about when our guest made a mistake on sending her Cancellation Request. **There had been * dates that had been requested. July **-** and July **-**. The latter had been confirmed July **-** as this is supposed to be the actual date that they will be using the place so we asked her to cancel her July **-** booking request instead. However, she make a request to cancel July **-** instead of July **-**.
GetHuman-jofernan did not yet indicate what HomeAway.com should do to make this right.
