I have reserved three homes by instant booking already each time I get email saying not available after it was when booked. We have placed information over, and over again to reserve homes. I'm concerned about credit card information, and very frustrated trying to secure a rental with your site. You ask us to set up an email, and manager of home has emailed us, but we can't seem to open the email either. We reserved instant booking online for ********, and paid for it including insurance. What is going on ???
