I have been attempting to contact a representative at Home Depot for weeks without success. No replies to my emails yet, and the long wait times on the phone clash with my teaching schedule. Could someone please get in touch with me? My cellphone number is [redacted]. I require assistance regarding order number CA[redacted]4 for the damaged Lund box. Unfortunately, the second box arrived in worse condition than the first. The packaging did not adequately protect it from damage. Despite previous feedback, the manufacturer did not improve their packing methods. Once again, the box is unsuitable for my medical research project. However, returning it seems impractical. If there is any possibility of adjusting the retail price I paid, I would greatly appreciate it.

My online order is split between two stores. I would like my order to be sent to store #[redacted] in North Conway, not #[redacted]. My order number is WA[redacted]3. I accidentally left items in my cart when viewing three days ago, resulting in an extra item similar to the two I purchased today. Upon calling the store at 1-[redacted] and waiting until 7:58 p.m., I was unable to cancel the additional item due to store closing hours. On June 11, [redacted], I placed an order at Store # [redacted] for Vinyl siding and trim pieces, Order # H4[redacted]2, at a cost of $79. The estimated arrival date provided was June 16, [redacted]. After waiting for two weeks, I called on June 25th to inquire about the status of my order. I spoke with two different individuals, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide me with any information. The second lady mentioned she would investigate and get back to me. This morning, I received a call from a gentleman explaining that the driver refused to load the items onto the outgoing truck due to pallet count issues. The next available delivery date would be July 3rd. This delay is frustrating as I had made arrangements with a friend to help with the project, and the uncertainty is causing inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer at my local Home Depot and spent over $[redacted] in the past month and a half. I am disappointed with this experience and am eager to know if the product has been delivered to the store and possibly overlooked.

I placed an order for a grill online with a promised delivery date of June 18th. However, I received an email stating it was shipped and I should expect it by June 26th. After waiting the entire day without any sign of the grill, I contacted UPS with the tracking number provided, only to find out it had not been received by them. When I contacted Home Depot, they explained the delay was due to the supplier not operating on weekends and suggested I wait until Monday. They mentioned a store nearby had the grill in stock if I wanted to pick it up from there. I urgently needed it, so I visited the store, but they informed me that I couldn't pick it up and would need to cancel my online order. Frustrated, I cancelled online, but now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I am disappointed by the experience, especially the unhelpful service at the Mount Pleasant store. After receiving a text message instructing me to collect my order at the Service Desk, I eventually found my purchase at the outside lockers. Despite this, I later bought pre-mixed gas:oil for my chain saw, which leaked in my back seat. When I reached out to the store, they insisted I return, which is inconvenient. Upon the payment showing up, I will inform my credit card company to halt the transaction. I believe Home Depot should compensate me for the product and detailing costs for my car. Regrettably, I will no longer shop at HD and aim to share my experience with my DIY friends, hoping they will choose Lowe's over HD next time.

I received my Hampton Bay patio furniture on June 1, but unfortunately, one set of chairs is missing the necessary hardware. After struggling to reach customer service, I spoke with Imari B. who gave me case number [redacted]8. Imari assured me the missing parts would be shipped and arrive in 7 to 10 days, but after waiting, I contacted Cris D. who gave me the same timeline. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I haven't received any updates or the missing parts. The local store couldn't assist, directing me back to customer service. Attempting to call Hampton Bay led me back to Home Depot's customer service. I'm at a loss on how to proceed as the chairs remain unusable without the hardware. Any assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I want to share my recent experience with the store located in Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX. I encountered multiple issues that led to frustration, including difficulties in contacting the ProDesk and experiencing dropped calls. The volume on the automated attendant was initially too low, and I had to listen to repetitive messages every time. The store called me multiple times for the same order, and there were inventory issues with common stock items like OSB flooring. Additionally, there were challenges with locating received exterior doors, delays in receiving interior doors since January, and confusion over an expensive window that I didn't order. The garage doors I purchased were months late, and there were issues with finding installers. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns, including reaching out to a manager, I did not receive a response. It's disappointing that my attempts to assist were seemingly disregarded by the store.

I went to Home Depot in Chelsea, MA to buy Lysol wipes. I saw two packs of three at the self-checkout, so I grabbed one pack. I scanned it twice to quickly buy the other pack but was approached by a woman working there who placed another pack in front of my register. She then claimed all the packs were hers, including the ones I had already scanned. After completing the purchase, she told me to return them for a refund since they were hers. I spoke to my friend Justin at customer service, who explained that Home Depot employees get first choice, so what she did was unfair as she had already bought them. Given the pandemic situation, her behavior was inappropriate, especially considering she had already purchased a total of 12 Lysol containers, not counting those she claimed with her employee advantage.

I'm disappointed with the customer service blaming issues on COVID. My order number W[redacted]71 supposedly shipped according to your end, but UPS says otherwise. I've attempted multiple calls ending with long holds and audio issues, eventually getting disconnected. I am frustrated and unable to cancel the order due to your system showing it as out for shipment. I cannot return the item until it is actually shipped, further complicating things as only part of my multiple orders arrived. I couldn't find the live chat support advertised while on hold. This entire experience is far from "how doers get it done!!!" My order number is W[redacted]71, and UPS tracking number is 1Z[redacted][redacted].

I placed an order with order #[redacted]69 for a lawn mower over $[redacted] on June 15th. After noticing a delay in delivery, I tracked the item and discovered it had been marked as delivered. However, I have not received it. I work from home and always have a notice on my door to ring the bell, yet I did not receive the package. I've had previous packages end up at the wrong townhouse complex, unit 8, where I reside at [redacted] Spadina Ave. Despite checking with the occupant there, the package was not found. I have since changed my debit card and am uncertain how a refund would be processed in this situation. I am eager for a resolution to either receive the mower I purchased or a refund.

I have made numerous attempts to contact you about my recent experience with using the weed trimmer that I purchased. Today, on June 30th, I finally had the opportunity to try it out. Unfortunately, I encountered a major issue with the trimmer as the line kept cutting, causing me to repeatedly stop and fix it. This process was incredibly frustrating and inefficient, making it difficult to complete even a small area of my yard. In an effort to resolve this problem, I visited the East Liberty Home Depot location, which is a 20-minute drive from my home. After consulting with customer service and the tool rental center, I was informed that the trimmer could not be fixed. The assistant manager explained that since the item was bought online, they were unable to provide a solution other than selling me a new one. Given that I only recently made this purchase, I am not in a position to buy another trimmer. As I have a party scheduled for July 4th, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this situation. Hello, On or around June 21, [redacted], I spoke with a Home Depot sales representative regarding a new hot water heater. After realizing they only carry Rheem, I quickly selected a model. The salesperson assured me that Home Depot would handle the installation and removal of the old heater, and I could pay for everything using my Home Depot credit card. Subsequently, I received a call from Fairfax Electric, Plumbing, and Gas, along with three different proposals by email. After addressing minor issues, I expected to have a Rheem hot water heater, specifically model XG40T12HE40U0, installed on June 23, [redacted], which included a 12-year limited warranty. Although the proposal indicated that the price was not final, I was told it wouldn't differ significantly from the proposal amount.

I recently purchased an outdoor shed, and despite a delay in delivery, I appreciated the updated delivery information. However, the lone delivery person handling the heavy boxed shed caused some damage. The box had minor damage, and my windows are missing. It looks like they need assembly along with frames, gaskets, and hardware. Additionally, I noticed I was double-charged for taxes on the delivery fee. My gas grill was scheduled to arrive today in Rehoboth Beach. I purchased it from the website, and there were 13 grills available at the time. However, despite not receiving a delivery time, the online status indicated it would arrive today, 07/24. After a frustrating call with extended hold times, I was informed that the delivery would take 1-2 weeks. Later, I received an email stating it would be 2-4 weeks, prompting me to purchase one directly from the Rehoboth Beach store. As it's already assembled, I now need to cancel my online order, but I can't figure out how to do so.

I visited the Home Depot store on 19th Street in Upland, CA on 7/16/[redacted] and placed an order for the lowest-priced Amana washer. The scheduled delivery was on 7/22/[redacted].
