I ordered a large air conditioner for my home and had it delivered to my Home Depot store. On ******* I was told that it arrived at that store at **:** am. I waited all day for my confirmation email and when I hadn't received anything by ** am on Saturday I called the store. The * different employees I talked to told me they couldn't even be sure it was at the store as it was not in there computer system. Turns out they don't have anybody working receiving on the weekends so my air conditioner has sat on a truck for * days a few miles from my house while I roasted in my house, because no one got to it on Friday and there was no one to get to it all weekend. Wouldn't it be a better practice to maybe have people dedicated to just taking care of people who have already paid for their products, whose money you have already taken, and maybe have them where they can be picked up. This is my second and last issue I will have with Home Depot.
