I went to Home depot on May **th and purchased a John Deer Riding Lawn Tractor E***. There was a promotion on at that time that you would receive a Free Gift Card. I want to say it depended on what you paid for the product as to the value of the card. I should receive ***.**. I completed all the information on line. I received an email back on May **th with a tracking number of *********, May ** I receive an email stating they could not honor my request as not all required info was sent. I clicked on link within email and was advised technical issues, called the phone number same thing. I finally was able to send email and they advised i did not provided receipt (which I know I did as it was attached to the original email) They asked that I resend the email, again with the receipt, so I did. The I get an email its not in the correct format which it is in PDF. I have sent another email and have heard nothing. I spent * hours yesterday trying to contact the store and then again today to only get hung up on as the line advised the next available rep will assist you. At this point a am frustrated, I don't feel to receive the rebate should be this difficult. When I went on line to do some research this seems to be a normal issues with your rebates. I am looking for guidance and at this point if this can not be fixed I will return the lawn tractor as I can purchase it somewhere else. Thanks
