On May **nd I went to your Elmwood Buffalo NY Store at *:** am. I wanted to rend a floor sander that I asked about the day before. We waited for ** min and no one came , I went to the front desk to ask for manager Jay and he would not speak to me . The lady at the desk stated to tell me that they have a lot of sick workers in the store calling off because of COVID **. The she told me that only one guy out of the whole store can run the tool are. So why was it open? And I guess no cross training ? My husband tried to ask manager about this and he said I can not hear you with that mask on rude as can be and proceeded to kick us out of the store for asking a question. With all that is going on your store can kick customers out. I will post this all over facebook. My husband and I both took off work to do this job and know we have to scramble to fine another floor sander in which we called in advance to your store. Poor service on your manager and customer service rep. We ended up going to Home Depot in Cheektowaga NY ** min out of our way spoke to John there and he was out standing, we told him what happened and he did everything he could to help us the customer. Isn’t that the way it should be.
