I am reaching out about the delivery of an appliance scheduled for today. My order number is W[redacted]07. I am dissatisfied with the service as the delivery person claimed the appliance couldn't fit through the door without trying. He suggested using another door which was unnecessary. We had a similar-sized stove delivered previously without any issues. This experience has left us very upset, and we intend to patronize other businesses in the future. I made an online purchase on May 2nd, selecting expedited shipping for $27 to receive my item by May 6th. However, as of May 11th, it has not arrived. I have tried reaching out to Home Depot multiple times to either track my package or receive a shipping refund. After being on hold for 40 and 30 minutes without anyone picking up, I continue to receive no response after calling. I don't mind waiting for standard shipping, but I urgently need information on my order and a refund for the shipping fee. The website still shows the order status as received. Hello, I placed an order for two vanities on 4/23, but due to an error message, I had to resend the order with the correct shipping address. Unfortunately, it seems that an order with the incorrect address was still processed. I urgently need this order to be canceled before it is delivered, as the vanities are too heavy to return to Home Depot myself. Hello, I'm Eleni. Today, I visited Home Depot in Phillipsburg, NJ to pick up an item, but ended up falling in love with a patio set. Despite the confusion regarding its availability, from the table's stock paper indicating it was in stock to being told otherwise, I was initially allowed to purchase the floor model. Unfortunately, this permission was revoked due to it being early in the season. Despite understanding the challenges of assembling another set, the inconsistent information and changing decisions from the management were frustrating. I believe clear communication from the start would have been preferable rather than raising hopes and then retracting the offer. Overall, I've never encountered such issues with purchasing floor models elsewhere, and I hope Home Depot can improve their communication and decision-making process in such situations in the future.

I was expecting three appliances to be delivered yesterday. I had requested a phone number change for the delivery notification, but instead of contacting me, they reached out to my husband who was only 8 minutes away. They were already in Rainsville, AL, just 15 minutes away from me. When I requested them to turn back, they refused and insisted on rescheduling. I recently purchased 15 landscape timbers from HD and discovered that many of them were defective after cutting them in half. Around half of the pieces were unusable due to extreme bowing, rot, or cracks. Considering the defects, approximately 7 complete timbers were of poor quality, possibly even 11-12 if I were being more critical. I have washed, dried, and treated them, but I now wish to exchange them. I attempted to contact the store manager but faced challenges using the app and calling the toll-free number. Despite encountering language barriers and disconnections, I remain hopeful to resolve this matter. I am considering buying replacements and returning the defective pieces post-Covid. My spouse and I, both seniors, have been cautious due to the pandemic. Yesterday, we decided to visit Home Depot in Danville, VA after reading they were following social distancing guidelines. Sadly, our experience was disappointing. Most employees we encountered weren't practicing social distancing or wearing masks. Despite us wearing masks, they didn't keep a safe distance. Only one employee had a mask on properly. To our dismay, only a few customers wore masks too. Inside, we found most hand soap dispensers in the women's restroom empty, which was concerning. I feel compelled to share this so that Home Depot can improve safety measures at the Danville branch. It's disheartening as Home Depot was our go-to store before this incident. I hope others prioritize their health and consider avoiding this location until safety measures improve. 😪

I ordered a few items for store pickup on Saturday, and unfortunately, one hose nozzle was missing from the two-pack when I got home. I contacted the store immediately, and they advised me to return for an exchange. When I revisited the store tonight for the exchange, I informed them that the item was in my truck along with the receipt and requested a contactless exchange due to health reasons. However, the employee who assisted me did not wear a mask or practice social distancing properly, which is concerning, especially considering the regulations in Illinois. I made it clear where the item was, and he completed the exchange. It is disappointing when employees do not adhere to safety guidelines, and it has influenced my decision to avoid stores that do not prioritize customer and employee health.

I purchased a dishwasher that arrived damaged. After getting a replacement with missing parts and then another faulty one, the delivery driver advised me to request a refund. Hello, I have contacted your phone line twice recently with unsatisfactory results. The first call lasted 35 minutes a few days ago, and the second one, which was yesterday, was a whole hour before reaching a live representative. The agent put me on hold multiple times and eventually stopped responding altogether for 45 more minutes. Additionally, a survey I attempted was unable to register my responses when I rated the service as "1" for very poor. I placed this order on May 5, but there is no record of it being processed, although my payment of $54.24 has been deducted. Despite understanding delays due to Covid-19, it has been 16 days without the item being dispatched, as confirmed by UPS. I kindly request a refund for the coffee percolator instead. Regarding electronic receipts, we have multiple Home Depot cards linked to our account. Recently, three new cards were sent - one for Dan, one for Angie, and one for a subcontractor who works for us. All these cards are linked to one account and display the same account number. While Dan's card is working correctly, the purchases made by the subcontractor (Jose) are not showing up in the emails with Home Depot's electronic receipts. This is crucial for us as we rely on receiving all receipts applied to our account.

Proper mask-wearing is essential to maintaining a safe shopping environment, especially during a pandemic when many countries have faced closures due to a lack of adherence to safety protocols. While some customers may choose not to wear masks, it is imperative that employees are held accountable for following the guidelines set by the company. I urge for improved associate education and vigilance in ensuring that all staff members take these safety measures as seriously as the corporate policies intend.

I recently ordered bullnose for a Pergo floor online to be picked up at the store. I have ordered items before and never had any issues until now. Currently in the middle of installing a Pergo floor and this bullnose is needed to finish the hallway upstairs. The part arrived at the store on March 15 through UPS quite promptly. When I went to pick it up after receiving a call that it was ready, I found it was damaged - likely from sitting in the store for a week. I have tried reaching out to the store multiple times, but I keep getting put on hold, transferred, and promised call-backs that never happen. I even asked to speak with a manager and felt ignored. It's frustrating that it took a week to unload something off a truck. Despite the situation, I remain unhappy and urgently require this part. I am hesitant to reorder and go through the same process.
