I placed an order for * pallets of pavers (***sqft) per order *W********* which were due to arrive no later than ****. They did not arrive* I called customer svc on **** and case ********* was assigned and I was told I would receive a call within ** hours with an update on order status. I have not received a call so I called cust svc today (****), was put on hold for **- * hour, the call was answered but I was put on hold again and ultimately disconnected and the call was not returned. I have carefully planned out the installation of these pavers and the space is ready to receive them* we are at risk of the prepped area being damaged if it sits too much longer without installing pavers. I need an immediate response please, with a solution. Thank you.
