I ordered dishwasher and it was damaged. I had to reorder and it arrived with parts missing, so the delivery driver returned it. The third time the dishwasher still had an issue and the delivery driver returned the dishwasher to the Home Depot warehouse and said I needed to ask for a refund. I went to the Home depot store and requested a refund, received this number LXG*WSA and was told I would receive a refund for the dishwasher-$***.** and a refund for the installation & parts-$***.**. I received a refund to my credit card in the amount of $***.** on May *. Since I have not received the rest of my refund I called Home Depot. I was on hold for over an hour, an associate looked up my order and was supposed to follow up on my refund. I was disconnected from the phone call and have not received my refund. If I do not receive the refund by tomorrow I will contact Paypal and Chase credit card services and file a dispute.
