The issue in GetHuman-stpsfwd's own words
I ordered a entry door from Homedepot online. $**** April **th. Received email today, order received by homedepot return received. Money will be refunded, no call, no choice. Called them waited ** minutes to be told the door was damaged during shipping. Money will be refunded in * days. Instead of just sending a replacement!!!! I have to place another order!!!! So until I get the money back I have to cover the $**** dollars till I get my refund if I ordered another today!!!! So I have to cover their ***** up with my budget not theirs. Multimillion dollar budget vs. disability check!!! WTF!!!*This door was a replacement, to finish renovations on my house to sell it. I was going to put it on the market at the end of this month not the NEXT month. So time WAS and STILL IS of the essence!!!*Needless to say I am NOT a happy customer.
GetHuman-stpsfwd did not yet indicate what Home Depot should do to make this right.
