Purchased TORO mower model ***** on April **. Received on April **. Used second time today, May *. Total usage is * * hours so far. Have had a significant problem today. Mower would not drive forward, began smelling something burning, stopped engine. After a few minutes tried to pull and start but could not pull start rope, engine would not turn. Would like to return to nearest Home Depot, Southington for refund asap. Thanks.*John Sullivan
