I bought a drill set with hd card and after a month i asked the lady at my next visit to charge me for the rest of my balance. Just this month i recieved an email saying i was late on payments and then this week a phone call saying i owe ***. I dont mind paying a late fee but i was not informed of the fact that my payment was late and especially since i asked the cashier to cash out my full balance i dont think this is fair and would appreciate a lowering of the late fees keeping in mind the fact that the problems were home depot employee related. I shop here often and usually dont have a problem but if this is how you conduct yourselves with a solid customer id reconsider where i get supplies.
