Repair on a lawn mower. * new parts were replaced in mower carburetor and air filter (third time these items have been replaced in a year). Waited over a month for repair to be completed. Within a month after repairs mower stopped working. Took mower to the dealer (Troy-Bilt) in Greenville, SC for repair. Extensive internal damage, needed a NEW CARBURETOR. Damage too costly to repair suggested a new mower be purchased. *Was told by Home Depot they could only reimburse me for the carburetor and the air filter, not the labor. Total cost for this repair charged by Home Depot $**.**. Same as last year. *I was requesting a full refund for the repairs. *Home Depot stated their parts are ordered new. I'm sure they are but there maybe something wrong with that carburetor part and Home Depot may want to investigate that with the manufacturer. Again, this is the third time in a year I have had the same service done. I would not have known about the faulty parts if I hadn't taken my mower to the dealer. Because of the faulty carburetor it damage the entire lawn mower system. I'm only asking for a full refund of the repair not reimbursement for the new mower. *I've been a Home Depot customer since ****. I'm very disappointed in this situation.
