May **, **** I bought a RYOBI *,*** psi *.* GPM Reconditioned Electric Pressure Washer online from Home Depot. I really like Ryobi tools. I looked forward to using it for years. My Order Number is WD********. I have only used this Power Washer three times, about ** hours of total use. While using this last weekend it lost some power, the wand started to leak*spray below the quick connection tip where it enters the the plastic wand. I thought I'll just buy a replacement wand for it, no big deal. Within ** minutes it lost even more power and had about half pressure. I checked the hose connections by the motor. When I pulled the wand trigger I noticed a small pin hole spray of water coming from top outside edge of the motor. The motor had failed with a hole in it. How did it get a hole in the metal?. Now I can not use this anymore because of the wand leak, and pin hole in the motor leaking, and loss of pressure. I paid $**.** plus tax for this. total $***.**. Even though this was a refurbished Item with a one year warranty, this pressure washer should last longer than this one did. I am very disapointed with this RYOBI power washer. Cost was very expensive for all the longer it worked (three times, ** hours). Because this had a one year warranty I am now out of luck, out of my $***.** for this, and now have no power washer to use. I am left with nothing for my money. I just wanted you to know this refurbished power washer wasn't refurbished good enough, and if I had used it regularly it would of failed within the warranty period....I would like it repaired or replaced.
