The issue in GetHuman-brettro's own words
I get the replacement water jugs weekly and our Home Depot is **% self checkout. With the water jugs there is no barcode and the system Home Depot uses does not allow customers to look up product like every other self checkout I have been to does. This is problematic since now I have to hit get help and wait most of the time for ** minutes until a representative can come over and put there code in and select the product. Home Depot should either put a barcode that can be scanned or let the customers have access to find the product.
GetHuman-brettro did not yet indicate what Home Depot should do to make this right.
