Complaint * ********, I am writing bc the Asst. Mgr. has blown me off. After the Lewisville TX store made two huge errors he is just going to refund me. I do appreciate the refund but these errors have cost me time from work, time to coordinate having the fence repaired with the contractor and my * neighbors (who are very upset with me) because each time I have been able to get everyone's needs and schedule coordinated together Home Depot didn't deliver and the supplies never came and the work did not get done. The last error they made I was told by the Asst. Mgr. the fence supplies would be delivered to my home last Saturday between * AM and noon. I am a single parent so could not leave to run errands for the week and there was no one else at home. So I waited, and waited and tried to call the store once noon came and went and got nothing but recordings never got to speak to a person. Finally around *:** I got a call and was told they did not know when they could deliver bc the delivery truck was still gone. Mind you this happened before when my contractor went to the store to pick up the order, it all fell apart bc the store said my order was not ready and that they didn't have all the supplies. Even though I got an email saying it was. Anyway the contractor waited an hour and had to leave AGAIN this last Saturday! Now I have to reschedule for a third time and face my neighbors again asking them to yet again put up there dogs and to allow the contractor access to their yards to make the fence repairs. All of this stress and hardship I have had to deal with bc this store doesn't have it together! I would have thought the delivery would have happened after the hardship this caused me before that I informed the Mgr. about. And with him giving me that window of time on Saturday why would I doubt him? So I am left now to ask my two neighbors for a third time to put up their dogs etc. and see if the contractor can come back soon. And to see if that day and time will work for both neighbors. I truly feel Home Depot needs to show me that they take responsibility here of not one but two mix ups on their part causing me all of this stress and hardship. I would like a decent amount of compensation, a gift card for all of this. I feel that is the least Home Depot can do for me being I am the one facing the music not Home Depot with all of these people I mentioned.
