Bought a new ceiling fan with extended warranty and paid their "Pro-Installer" $***. Broke with in ** days. Nothing they could do at all. I obtained parts . Now they say their "pro-installer" is not their employee. Expect me to hire an electrician , as the man that came out was not . Then turn in the paid bill by me, and consider reimbursing me. I want them to send a qualified person to fix this issue or I am getting a lawyer. All done with their lies and paying even for an extended warranty that does not kick until * year. They are the responsible party when they send their "Pro-installer".!! I am on disability and new to area. The first option was for me to buy a new fan!!! Not acceptable!!!! Reporting to Better Business Bureau , My Senator, and legal aid for disabled persons.
