Brand New Ceiling fan installed by your "Pro-Installers" cost me $*** labor. ** days later fan inop. I have done everything myself including getting the parts. Home Depot will not send out a "Pro-Installer" to fix. I also paid for extended warranty but it is under Manufacture's warranty now. Honestly, think your "Pro-Installer" messed up as it does not work manually either. Your store in Christainsbug Va says "Pro-Installer" is not their employee. I am reporting this to BBB and lawyer!!
