I ordered a wooden barrel planter on September **. I was given a delivery date of Oct *-*th. No show and Home Depot not sure where the item is at this time. Wait a few more days and called and they said it was lost and would re-order. Waited again and received an email next delivery date was Oct *th and still no item. Called Home depot and a nice person said it lost and she would reorder on Tuesday October * with expedited delivery and deliver to my home on Thursday October **th. No show and again a promise to advise and deliver. I again received and email Thank you for contacting The Home Depot regarding the shipping ETA of order number WA******** with the line item(s) below.**Your case number for this request is ********. We are researching this issue and will email you with updates as they are available. Received an email again and new delivery date Oct **-**nd. Received a call today Oct **st to inform me there was a change to inventory system and I should get delivery with * to * days. The lies are what hurts the most. You can't resolve stupid.
