ON MARCH **,**** I PURCHASED ON LINE A REMINGTON GAS HANDHELD LEAF BLOWER PLUS A * YEAR PROTECTION PLAN THE BLOWER WILL NOT EVEN START TOOK UNIT TO HOME DEPOT AT **** SPID CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME A **.** CHARGE TO SEND UNIT IN I REFUSED TO PAY THAT IS WHY I PURCHASED A * YEAR PROTECTION PLAN AFTER NOT WANTING TO PAY A MANAGER SAID FOR JULIE TO REFUND AFTER TRYING SEVERAL TIMES SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW SHE GETS ON THE PHONE WE WERE THERE FOR OVER * HOUR FOR HER TO ROLL HERE EYES AND ASK SMART AND SAID SHE COULD'N DO ANYTHING. SHE THEN CALLED A MANAGER NAMED CHRIS HE WAS RUDE AND SAID WE WERE JUST OUT OF LUCK IF WE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THE **.** TO SEND IT OFF. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMER'S IF THEY ORDER A PRODUCT ON LINE AND BUY YOUR PROTECTION PLAN. I HAVE A BUSINESS AND WE DO WORK FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES. WHILE WE WERE THERE A LADY WALKS IN WITH A POOL PUMP SAID I DO NOT HAVE A RECEIPT AND THIS WAS GIVEN TO MY HUSBAND AND WITHIN * MIN SHE RECEIVED MONEY AND WAS GONE. I HAD ALL MY PAPER WORK AND STILL NOTHING.
