Help with my Home Depot issue

Order* H****-****** wood flooring glued type which I ordered * years ago for my house. I took the original order from * yrs ago to match the wood. What I received was the click type. When I received the padding for the floor I questioned where the adhesive was. When the installers came they told me this type wood was the click and could not be glued. I told them I needed to get with HD they left but at no time was I informed that there was a *** charge since they didn't do the work. Now I'm being charged by HD. I don't feel I should have to pay this since I have wasted a lot of time on hold waiting to be called back and all I get from HD is I"M Sorry! I should get a discount on my order or at least a gift card. In the past I have recommended HD to family and friends after this job I don't think I can recommend or use HD again. I want to hear from someone about my issues and what will be done.
