* August ******Mr. Francis Blake*Chairman and CEO*Phone: (***) ***-*****Fax: (***) ***-******Subject:*UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLUTION OF DAMAGED SHIPMENT, ORDER NO: WD************UPS TRACKING NO: *ZX*V* **** **** ******Dear Mr. Blake,**I shouldn’t have to contact you re: a damaged shipment. Unfortunately, your customer service rep resolution was totally unsatisfactory, causing me extreme hardship and inconvenience.**UPS required a signature on delivery. The UPS driver knew the package was damaged & he just left it at the door to my apartment. Now I have to wait another week for a replacement. It was a light fixture for our kitchen. We can't use our kitchen because there is no light. The damage was not our fault.**UPS should reimburse us for a replacement in compensation for the hardship & inconvenience we are experiencing. We also seek compensation from Home Depot for the loss of use of our kitchen due to the fixture not being packed properly and marked fragile, due to glass dome in package.**Your customer service resolution was totally unsatisfactory, because we have to wait more than * week without a replacement.. Your customer service rep didn't give a **** about our inconvenience & hardship due to this situation, which was not our fault.**Sincerely*Philip A. Newman
