At the end of March, we ordered five kitchen appliances for our home outside of Asheville North Carolina from store ***** a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a range and an ice maker for over $*,***, yes, two thousand dollars. This has been and is still a nightmare. Today, after several times the delivery company could not or would not deliver for whatever frivolous reason, the appliances were delivered without a door to the ice maker. Who buys and ice maker without a door? **The installation of these appliances had to be arranged by Teresa Stoonholtz, the store manager, but the plumber she has hired has not called our contractor to schedule a time for same. We are out of state, our contractor will be there for the installation, however, he cannot be called ** minutes before, we must have at least one day notice and * hours before.**We have only ** hours after delivery*installation to advise the appliances do not work* we cannot determine if the ice maker works or not without a door.**I call, Teresa Stoonholtz will not take my call, she passed the call to a Bobby Porter, specialty manager, why I don't know, he knew nothing about a resolution to our issues.**My wife's cell number is on the order: ***.***.****, my cell number is ***.***.****. I NEED ANSWERS AND I NEED THEM NOW, WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY !!
