Ordered new refrigerator to update my kitchen. Planning to order a stove and renoovate my kitchen and bath next. ... A samsung french door refrigerator was delivered today. The left door will not open due to the the wall. The delivery person said that I need a basic refrigerator. I ask him to return the refrigerator. and he said no that it's best for me to keep it and re order. I called the customer care line and they said that I should refuse the delivery. I called the delivery person's phone and he didn't answer. I called the deliver line back and they contacted him and he refused to come back (this was within a ** min window). I called customer care and they told me that it's best to go into the store. I spoke to Cory at the Ponce de Leon Home Depot. He told me that there is nothing that he could do and it's buyer's remorse. I'm remodeling my condo and plan to also purchase a stove, counter tops, kitchen cabinet doors and remodeling my bath. *I'm surprised that Home Depot does not stand behind their service. The delivery person suggested that I keep the item and reorder one that fits my kitchen. He stated that was the best course of action. I also called Samsung and the rep said this happens frequently and that I should contact the store manager.
I would like the refrigerator picked up and a new refrigerator delivered.
