MY LIFE DEPENDS ON AIR PURIFIER NOT HUMIDIFIER.SHE STATED A MINUTE AFTER ORDERED WRONG PRODUCT COULDN'T EXCHANGE.I HAD TO WAIT TILL HUMIDIFIER CAME THEN I HAD TO REFUSE AND CALL HOLMES BACK WITHINN ** HOURS.A MAJOR BACK BURST CAUSED FAULT FILTER TO BE INPLANED TO PREVENT BLOOD CLOTS I ALEEADY HAD ONE BLOOD CLOT*A CORDING TO YOUR VOICE PROMPS ON PHONE YOU CAN CANCEL ORDER AND REORDER.LOOK THIS IS LIFE THREATENING.I WAS FIRST GIVEN A PRODUCT FALSELY TOLD HAD AC CORD IT DIDN'T.I PAID $** DOLLAR TO GET BATTETIES YHEN BACK AGAIN YOU DID BOTHER TO GIVE A REFERENCE NUMBER BUT NO EMAIL STATING AS VERA SAID I COULD ORDWR PURIFIER OF MY CHOICE.YOUR GONE PROMPTS SLLOW YOU TO CANCEL AND REOEDER WHICH MWANS APPORXIMATELY ** DAYS OF GEALTH AT RISK NOT *.
