Good Morning,***I was told by the customer service Rep that I can contact you guys here to make a compliant about my order. So I made an order on my app like I always have done and my order (***********) stated my things should be at the store on Aug *th on Aug **th I reach out to the customer service rep because I haven’t got an email or an alert on my app stating my things were already deliver to the store. At the time Diana looked up my order she stated it wasn’t there, so I asked her what I can do because I needed my items before I left for my trip on *******. Diana then stated she can refund my money and reorder for next day deliver but when she put in the order she stated my items was no longer available and for the inconvenience I can pick * shirts with **% off with next day delivery, so I agreed because I was going to get my items the next day So my new order was (***********) was put in and she had finalized everything she gave me my total and then stated she would have to charge my card again for my new order but she reassured she refunded my account for my previous order (***********) already for ** and some change, again I agreed to everything and she said everything should be here next day and we end our chat session. I then get an alert from Hollister and My Bank *st my alert from Hollister was that my order (***********) was received and being shipped but once I looked at my purchase it was only * shirts for a total of ** something. So I reach back out to the Hollister and asked them what happen with my order (***********) because in my app it says cancelled. I was supposed to be getting * shirts today and I’m not and *nd on top of customer service not telling me about a **.** hold on my account which made my account become overdrawn because she never stated when we redid the order that an additional $** hold would be applied to my account as well as the ** something for my order. I was only expecting the amount for my order to be taken out not an additional ** dollars for a total close to $**.** because you guys made a mistake not * but * times with my order. I have been a customer over ** and I didn’t appreciate that customer service couldn’t assist me on top of telling me it’s know number I could call I could only reach you through email which I preferred to talk to someone about his matter. I would like someone to please give me a call or email me back regarding my matter.
