Ordered a Mariner Dream bed well over a month ago. Cost of bed and $*** shipping already billed to us. Getting MAJOR run around on bed. Originally told Aug *-** for delivery. Now was told August **th ( !!! ) for delivery because I live in New Mexico and no other deliveries coming to NM. WE NEED THIS BED! What we were originally told and what we are getting is * different things. Talked with Patrick Stratton with Shop Holland America (Bed was ordered on phone directly with Patrick) numerous times with no results. Nothing but wait, I will call them, will call you back. He recently told us **th or **th for delivery and again, nothing. WE NEED HELP - AND OUR BED!!!!! We are also a multi cruiser for HA line and are shocked at the response we are getting in regards to this bed. Getting very angry here for many reasons. This bed is made in Phoenix and I live only * hours away outside of Albuquerque, NM! Please help me. Carol and Jerry Salvagio *** Rio Chama Cir SW Los Lunas, NM ***** ***.***.****
