I booked a hotel room via hotels.com using clubcard vouchers to enable me to stay after a christmas party. I was advised the party was on the **th I had every intention of attending and staying so booked a non refundable room. I have since been advised that the party is this weekend on the *th but have been advised that Hotels.com cannot amend the booking without agreement from yourselves. I have worked hard and saved my vouchers to enable me to enjoy the evening without worry of how to get home. I am not looking for a refund just a change of date. I wonder if you could work with hotels.com to allow the change in booking.. I have been advised the exact room that I booked is niw nit available to them but I am willing to pay any extra premium.
