I bought 2 Elsa Motion Sensing Helicopters from your store and unfortunately, they are not working properly. Despite following the instructions provided with the toys, I have not been able to get them ready for Christmas gifts for my great-grandchildren. I would appreciate details on how to return the helicopters and receive a refund. Thank you for your assistance. I am disappointed with this purchase.

I purchased a UFO drone on December 13, and I still haven't received it. I needed it for Christmas. I tried calling yesterday and waited on hold for 45 minutes, but the person who finally answered couldn't assist me because I didn't have my tracking number, only my order number. I got frustrated and told them I would find the tracking number, but they never called back as promised. Today, after waiting another 35 minutes, I was told my number is not in service. I want a refund! My order number is 8Ec91121AC, and I expect it to be credited back to my account. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business.

I would like to cancel my order with confirmation number D6DDF2A97F. I attempted to contact customer service, only to discover the line is out of service, which made me feel scammed. I ordered too many UFO drones but only wanted one. Please cancel my order and refund the charges taken from my account. Please acknowledge the receipt of this email. Thank you, A. Odierno.

I received a drone on 11/24/21 that I ordered on 11/17/21 with order # HB6367. When I attempted to charge it for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift, I encountered an issue. The cable does not fully fit into the drone, making it difficult to determine if it was charging after an hour of trying. The instructions were unclear, and I couldn't tell if it was actually charging. I am unsure if I should force the cable in completely or if there is an on/off switch I am missing. Can you please provide guidance on how to proceed? Thank you.

I purchased a mega hauler for my grandson for Christmas. The truck part functions well, but when I charged the helicopter and turned it on after reaching full charge, it started smoking. To prevent any fire hazard, I removed the front part and cut the wires to the battery. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. My name is Jack D., and you can reach me at [redacted]. I purchased the mega hauler online for my grandson for Christmas. The truck works fine, but the helicopter started smoking when I turned it on after charging it as per the instructions.
