In the month of April and may **** i registered request to service the ac . Unauthorized * chit chat Technicians are attend from your company and done service i.e. soap water service just for not more than half an hour and taken Rs.****- without bill. and *nd time another Unauthorized * chit chat Technicians are attend. This time they told change indoor unit. after that we asked "who are you?" i am the manager, i am boss, i am whole rights on hitachi service. that person have no idea why the red LED still is in blinking position. the told that "it automatically offed" , and he contacted some other person on phone "they told check cooling", what it THIS "They are professional are not ", why they are doing like that . why they are blaming the customer. But ac was installed on **.**.****. Now indoor and out door unit not working properly. Here i am sending purchase bill and installation receipt received from your authorized service persons at the time of installation. registered mobile no is ********** check all status and also sent my details to your customer mail
GetHuman-pemgudu did not yet indicate what Hitachi should do to make this right.
