Change the name on the account. ... A few months ago I booked and paid for a room by phone for my daughter and the representative set up a Hilton account with my daughter's name (spelled incorrectly) and my email address. I would like to get my name put on the account so I may set up a password and use the account benefits. *Thank you.
The GetHuman app did not contact me and I waited for three hours for a phone call from them!
They could have called me while I waited for a call back for three hours.
I'm not sure I want to be a customer any longer.
I had to call a phone number and hold before talking to a live person who explained the account change process that I had to do on-line because they could not assist me on the phone.
I have an issue with Hilton HHonors too
