Last night, I spent over an hour trying to navigate your website to place an order for a gift basket sampler that was supposedly in stock. However, upon completing the order, I was informed that the delivery wouldn't be until mid-January, despite your Christmas delivery promise for orders by 12/16. When I called Customer Service, I was told to call back in the morning due to closed offices. Today, I've spent another frustrating hour trying to reach someone, only to be bombarded with promotions instead of getting assistance. I just wanted to purchase cheese and sausage, not deal with all this hassle. Please cancel my order if possible, as this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, it seems like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have detailed my complaint for Hickory Farms. Here is what I would like them to do: 1. Cancel the order for the gift basket #[redacted]2 as it was scheduled for mid-January. 2. Refund the charges to my credit card. 3. Send the following items free of charge to three different addresses: - 3 Signature Summer Sausages - 3 Signature Cheddar Cheese The time and frustration this has caused me is significant, and I believe these actions are a fair request. My daughter used to work at Hickory in Music City Mall in Odessa, TX. She quit because her manager, possibly called Lolita Hills, was rude to her and reduced her working hours to only two days. After leaving, Lolita kept contacting Avrianna Turner, my daughter who is a 16-year-old minor, trying to intimidate her by sending security guards to discuss returning her apron on her payday. This behavior is unprofessional, and it escalated when a security guard was sent to my workplace, which I had to dismiss. I tried to discuss the situation with Lolita, but she did not answer, so I left a message asking her to stop harassing Avrianna. Despite saying she wouldn't communicate with me, Lolita called my daughter and insisted she wouldn't speak to me. It's unacceptable for Lolita to behave this way, especially toward a minor. The situation is ridiculous, and she should not be managing at Hickory Farms.
