I need your help.*As directed by customer service I send this request for return of my gold points. Even my new points have been deleted. I would have used all my points last year but for covid-** stopping my travel. I last used **** points, July ****, for a week of my trip in Sept. ****.*I am ** years old. I earn gold points not only with regular rentals but quarterly through a co-branded program. It took a great deal of time, effort, and $*** in co-branded points to earn **** Hertz Gold points.*Embracing your text sent c. Aug. ****, I did not worry about points since many companies made considerations for people concerning covid. I think this is actually an error since even my new points were taken away. I only request that *,*** gold points classed “expired” be returned with an expiration date through ****. Only the July **, **** points are over ** months old.
