I have contacted yall right after my returning of my rental I indicated I have tolls because there was no human to pay them to. They said it will be no problem you will get billed. Thats great but you have tacked on a fee for every toll? That is crazy! The fees are more than the toll. I did speak with the toll department they indicated they would wave it one time that is great but the tolls are coming in very slow so they said to wait for them all to come in it now is over a month and they have not all come in and my credit card payment is due. I can not wait for them and also pay the interest. What am I to do about this. I like using Y'all but I wont any more if I am going to have to deal with this every time I rent a car from you. The last customer service person told me to deal with the toll pass people. I need a number and a person who can handle this. Perhaps a phone call?
