Rental Agreement No: ********* Rate Reservation ID: H********B* **Hi - I'm writing to voice concern and anger over the car I reserved vs. the car I was given. I reserved a Jaguar XF, a "K" class car designated as Fullsize Elite. When I arrived, I was told that the vehicle wasn't available. Instead, and despite my objection, I was put in an Infinity Q** (G* Luxury Sport). The agent told me these were the same classes of cars. I called BS then, and I call it now. The Q** is half the car the Jaguar is, both in performance and price. The base Q** I drove had few features and was far from Jaguar's standard. Moreover, the Prestige Collection touts "The collection vehicles are reservable by make and model , so the car you reserve is the car you get." I wasn't given the car I reserved, but I was charged for it! I don't believe this is how Hertz treats customers, and I don't believe I was treated fairly. What, given that, will Hertz do to correct this situation? Thank you.
