Hello Team *I am Bharath. I am writing this feedback with a heavy heart! I had my family gettogether after * years on July **th and **th. I made lots and lots of detailed plan with so much care and perfection to go on a trip with my family whom I am meeting after so many years. I was very much excited to pick up my car along with my dad and brother in Burbank Bob hope International Airport on July **th. But unfortunately, the staff was not at all friendly to me during the whole conversation and made me wait for * hour giving false hopes. Also, I entered all the details right from the beginning once again in the office that day. I still trusted her and was waiting patiently. In the end, she came and told us that there are no vehicles. My whole plan for the two days was shattered. All my other bookings which I scheduled for the weekend were canceled because of this. Can you please take necessary action and provide me with valid reasons why I was put in that situation.*If I had got the car that day, I would have cherished my trip with lots of memories. *I felt booking car in Hertz was the greatest mistake and a risk I took that day. **Find attached the Hertz Corporation confirmation number for your reference: H********C* *Car rental Trip ID: **************-- *Thanks*Bharath Balaraman
