The issue in GetHuman-gabergma's own words
rented an l-* * passenger vehicle and prepaid. Arrived on time to pick it up. The counter clerk called up to the booth and told them I was coming up for an L-*. When I got there he took me to a white Chevy equinox and told me it was an L-*. It is not. Customer service told me it is a * passenger F-* and not a * passenger l-* which is what we specified and reserved. When I got home my wife who arranged the rental took one look and said there is no way that this is large enough for our needs for this trip. I was told I would need to contact the MSP location and make sure that they had the appropriate vehicle available. I have tried a dozen times and no one answers the counter phone or responds to my voicemail messages. I need to swap the car they gave me for the right one.
GetHuman-gabergma did not yet indicate what Hertz should do to make this right.
