Help with my Hermes.com issue

Hi *Hermes have lost my Parcel it was tracking okay until it reached the central hub ** days ago then it did not move Hermes asked me to give then another ** hours i now have to refund my customer so i would now like Hermes to refund me £** which my parcel was insured for it is not a banned item .I was given a ref ******-******case number but now they are not interested at all will not speak to me online ask me to put in he tracking number then just cut off .I tried to phone this morning and was hanging on for * mins thought this was just adding to the cost very upset that they are not following up we can all see the same tracking it is lost in the central hub by Hermes.

GetHuman-jennypu did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.

I phoned * times and held on for ages on the third call they answered i spoke to a lovely lady called Julie who listened to what i said and agreed with me that the item was lost by Hermes at their central hub and had been there for ** days. She marked it as lost and gave me a claim form to fill in to claim on their insurance she is sure there will be no problem so today i fefunded my customer will let you know if i get my refund it takes upto * week but form filled in and emailed so fingers crossed and good luck everyone.
