My parcel track no **************** has been at the National sorting hub since December **th. I dropped it off *th December. Why has it been there so long? Why is the expected delivery by date **th January that’s over a month since the drop off? Can it be delivered for Christmas?
GetHuman5568652 did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
