Two weeks ago tomorrow, Dec **, I booked for Hermes to collect a parcel to be delivered for my mum. After * ignored requests to be picked up, I took it to a Hermes drop off shop myself as I could not wait any longer for it to be on its way. The parcel was collected from the shop on Saturday and it got to a depot on Sunday *:** am. In the tracking record on the website it say they have the parcel, but it doesn't seem to have left for my mum's. I have tried calling but there is an automated system and I cannot speak to a customer representative. The automated response tells me to contact the international department and when I chat to the robot in that section sends me back to Hermes saying they cannot help me. I am going round in circles unable to speak to a person and or sort this is use on the phone. There is no possibility to send an email either so I have no way of contacting Hermes and finding out what is happening with my parcel. Hermes does not seem to provide customer service and no way of contacting them. I opened a case with resolver at the beginning of the week but I have had no reply. It seems that there is no way I can find out of the parcel's whereabouts and when it will be on its way. The parcel should have arrived last Friday and I am worried that it may never arrive.
