I ordered some craft items from The Works and they sent them to Hermes to be delivered on Thursday *st October ..I received a message from Hermes saying they had attempted to deliver and wasn’t a safe place to leave it ...My husband was outside the time they reckoned delivered it ..,which isn’t true .. so I went into customer care through chat and they said there is a slight delay and then she said it was attempted to be delivered a*Hour later than the text I got from Hermes .. This isn’t the *st time it’s happened it’s quite frequent and everytime they reckoned I was out and couldn’t leave it anywhere safe .. all they had to do was knock but that won’t happen because they don’t*Even attempt to *I would like this fixed please as some of the items I have ordered are for my card making.. and a apology would be nice and why they keep on lying
