Dear Sir*Madam*I am a first time Hermes user.*I purchased a scroll saw from James Jay, ** Jardine Way, Dunstable, Bedforshire LU* *AX and as I had no way to collect it I contacted Hermes and organised and paid for collection from him and to be delivered to me Sabine Baring- Gould, Rose Cottage, Old Warren Farm, Camp Road, Wimbledon SW** *UR.*on Saturday * September the courier arrived at Mr James and went away without collecting as he said he had no Barcode and would return * September with one and collect the parcel. This did not happen and the package is still awaiting collection.*the tracking number is ****************

GetHuman-sbaringg did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
