No delivery ticket was left, and the service is disappointing. I was charged £6 to listen to an automated voice, and today's attempt to contact you failed as I was informed that access couldn't be granted. This has been the worst delivery experience, and your webpage seems outdated with incorrect telephone numbers. Are there any human representatives available, or is the ongoing COVID situation being used as an excuse?

I returned an item to Ultimate Outdoors around mid-June. I reached out to request a return label, affixed it to the package, and dropped it off at my local Hermes drop-off location. They scanned the barcode and instructed me to leave it in the designated basket for pick-up. It's been a few weeks, and after reaching out to Ultimate Outdoors about my refund multiple times, I was asked for the return tracking number, which I don't have. I can provide the tracking number for the delivery and details about the drop-off location, but I need help obtaining the tracking number for the return.

I have been trying for a week to obtain a returns label from Thane UK to send back a parcel. I have anxiety and depression, so I need the label sent to me as I can't download or print it myself. The time for returning the parcel is running out, and I can't use the product due to my arthritis affecting pressing the steam cleaner trigger and a faulty spray nozzle. The shop where I tried to return it with Hermes was unwelcoming and unhelpful. I have limited mobility due to physical disabilities, so having the parcel collected by the delivery man would be beneficial. I hope for a positive response. This morning, a Hermes delivery was made to my house. Unfortunately, my son was in the shower when the courier arrived. Instead of waiting, the courier opened my front door, left the parcel in the hallway, and left the front door wide open. This breach of privacy and lack of security is unacceptable. I have attempted to file a complaint via phone, email, and an unhelpful automated system named "HOLLY," but have had no success reaching anyone at Hermes. It's disappointing that they seem unreachable and unconcerned about customer feedback.

I have paid for a delivery that was supposed to be 48 hours but it's over 24 hours late. The lack of clear information and no human contact is very frustrating. This is the fourth item in the last 14 days that hasn't arrived on time. I need confirmation on where the item is and if it will be delivered today by 6 pm. We have a customer waiting for the vehicle, so this delay is causing major issues. The service provided is terrible. It's impossible to reach anyone for assistance. I've been trying to contact you since 7:30 am, and it's now 4:30 pm, with no resolution in sight. Please call me at 01[redacted]41 before 4:15 pm today; we are still waiting for your response.

I recently took a parcel to a Hermes drop-off location. I had already paid for the shipment, but unfortunately, the parcel was heavier than I had anticipated and the shop couldn't accept it. Since I don't have a printer, I searched for a company that offers home pick-up services with a printed label. I'm having trouble contacting Hermes to request a refund for the unsent parcel, as their customer service phone line charges 7p per minute. Emailing them was also unhelpful, as I received an error message stating they no longer accept emails. I find this situation frustrating and would appreciate any assistance.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that I have encountered an issue with my delivered order. The problem arose as I mistakenly provided the wrong postcode for my delivery address. The correct address should be 36 Millstream Road, Heighington LN4 1TY, not LN4 2EA as I had originally inputted. I made an effort to visit the delivery address, but unfortunately, the occupant is hospitalized, and hence, was not available to receive the parcel. Despite consulting neighbors, the missing package remains unaccounted for. My attempts to seek assistance from Sports Direct and Hermes have been unfruitful, as they merely confirm the delivery status without addressing the incorrect address discrepancy. Furthermore, the delivery photo supplied does not aid in locating the package. I am reaching out for your assistance as I am in urgent need of either a refund or the correct delivery of my order. I recently placed an order expecting delivery by Hermes, but I had to pay Royal Mail postage fees because the sender did not pay the correct postage. Even though the item was supposed to have free delivery by Hermes to my door, it somehow ended up in the Royal Mail system with fees I had to cover. The sender had labeled the package correctly for Hermes delivery, so this mix-up was unexpected. 1. The delivery person threw the package over my back gate, which knocked over my watering can. I have proof in the delivery photo. 2. Last time, he mentioned that my package was very heavy and complained about being disabled. Shouldn't he have access to a trolley for assistance? 3. On a previous occasion, the delivery was wrongly left with a neighbor without my permission, even though I was home. The neighbor's husband mistakenly took it, and I was informed via email that the delivery was successful. 4. During another delivery, he claimed to have dropped off two packages, but I only received one. The second one arrived the following day. However, both the email and text notification stated that both were delivered on the same day. I have been understanding, but his behavior is impolite and unhelpful.

I received my parcel on the 23rd and attempted to return it through the website as instructed for pick up the next working day. However, it is now the 29th, and I am still waiting. Although I printed a return form, the website indicated they no longer collect from home addresses. I removed the address and tried to obtain a return code via the post office, but encountered difficulty with scanning a small square box required for the process since my phone does not support this feature, and my printer is currently not functioning. Despite contacting two different phone numbers, all I reached were automated systems requesting a code that I was calling to obtain. Despite claims of speaking to a live representative, I was unable to progress without the code and was stuck in a loop. Emailing also proved unsuccessful, and the post office could not assist further due to the absence of a return address and code among five distribution centers. I am frustrated by the complex process of returning a parcel and unsure of the next steps to take.

I have had recurring issues with Hermes failing to notify me about parcel deliveries, leaving them on the public street without informing me. Living on a busy road makes this a major concern. I urgently need to contact a representative to request that deliveries be brought directly to my door due to health reasons, as both myself and my partner struggle with mobility. The vague photos they provide and unreliable delivery practices have caused inconvenience, requiring neighbors' help in the past. Despite trying to request a different courier, I was unsuccessful, and Hermes' automated responses have been unhelpful. All I ask is for the ability to leave a note for the driver about specific delivery instructions.

Hello, today we received an email from you stating that our return package to John Lewis was collected. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]. Regrettably, the parcel has not been picked up yet, contrary to the information conveyed to John Lewis. Despite informing them of the issue, they were incorrectly informed that the pickup occurred at midnight on Monday, September 28th. I made attempts to contact Hermes at 0[redacted]; however, I encountered difficulties due to an automated system. I am eager for the parcel to be collected promptly as initially promised. Thank you. I recently placed an order with The Works for craft items, expecting delivery through Hermes on Thursday, 1st October. However, I received a message stating that delivery was attempted but deemed unsafe. Despite being home at the time, they claimed no one was available. Upon contacting customer service through chat, I was informed of a slight delay and conflicting information about the delivery attempt time. This recurring issue has caused frustration as each time they allege I am not present to receive the package securely. I hope to see a resolution to this problem as soon as possible, especially since some of the items are essential for my card making. An apology and clarification on why this situation continues to happen would be greatly appreciated.

I am disappointed with the poor service provided by My Hermes for parcel delivery. I have had issues with my feedback not being addressed for three separate occasions. The barcode number for the parcel in question is [redacted][redacted]. I have attempted to reach out through email, phone, and the website using the tracking information provided, but all I receive are automated responses with no real assistance. Our business, Tritex-Games Ltd in Castlefield, Newport Road Stafford, operates from 9am-6pm every day, yet our parcels have not been successfully delivered by your service or delivery personnel. Due to this ongoing problem, we will no longer utilize My Hermes for our shipping needs and will discourage our suppliers from using your services as well due to the lack of effective communication and service. I received a text on 07[redacted]33 informing me of a delivery scheduled between 4 to 6 pm on the 8th of October. Despite being at home all day, no delivery was made. A text stated an attempt was made with a card left, but no card was found. I noticed a delivery van nearby at the expected time, presuming they may have gone to the wrong address. After switching to a different courier and enjoying two years of smooth service, I've encountered a similar problem. The tracking indicates a delivery attempt yesterday, but being housebound, I know no one came. The delivery window was initially 13:00-15:00, then changed to 15:00-18:00, causing frustration. As a frequent customer sending packages monthly, I shop online due to my condition; this recurring inefficiency is disappointing. Order [redacted][redacted] was mistakenly discarded by a Hermes driver without leaving any delivery information. Nintendo informed me about this incident about 5-7 days after the delivery. Despite ongoing investigations by Nintendo and Hermes, I would like to contact Hermes directly to expedite resolving this issue. Since no delivery note was left, I believe it is reasonable to request a prompt refund or replacement from Hermes or Nintendo, especially since the item was intended as a gift.
