I am writing to report an issue with a parcel delivered by Hermes on the 9th of July [redacted] to 32 Front Road, Murrow, Wisbech, Camb's, PE13 4HU. The delivery driver claimed to have left the parcel in our letterbox after taking a picture on our front doorstep. However, the photo shows a parcel that would not fit through the letterbox as stated. We have not found the parcel and suspect it may have been stolen due to being left in an exposed area near the footpath. We have contacted the police about this incident. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Hermes through phone and their online auto help, we have not received any response or assistance. We are eager to hear back from Hermes regarding this matter to resolve the issue promptly. Thank you.

I tried to enter my card details multiple times, but each attempt resulted in an error message prompting me to try again later. After checking with my bank, I discovered that four payments had been processed instead of one. I reached out to their customer service through their chatbot, Holly, but unfortunately, it was unable to comprehend my issue and kept repeating the same questions. I also tried emailing them and using their chat support line, but encountered similar communication barriers. Despite my efforts on the 14th, I was informed that the initial requested date is no longer available, and I must select a new date to proceed with payment. However, the system seems stuck as it loops me back to the beginning as if I were requesting a new delivery. I am now in a state of confusion and seek assistance in obtaining a refund for the erroneous transactions. The transaction number is [redacted][redacted].

I purchased an item from Soo Fluffy but faced delays due to Covid-19. Despite reassurances, they wrongly thought I received my order. Tracking showed errors. After tense emails, they realized a postcode mistake - I input M18 8WP instead of M16 8WP. Soo Fluffy now ignores me, and Hermes responses are robotic, pushing responsibility back to the retailer. Both know about the wrong postcode but insist the parcel will arrive soon. I can't redirect it to a safe location. I desperately need information on collecting the parcel. Dealing with this for 2 weeks amidst family tragedies has been overwhelming. I seek human assistance in this frustrating situation dominated by automation.

I have a card apologizing for missing a delivery, but the parcel was not under my trailer upon my return home. I have searched thoroughly, and no one else has been at home. The card has no name or contact information on it, and I urgently need to speak with the driver who supposedly left it 2 minutes before I got back. You sent me a delivery photo with a timestamp, showing it arrived just before I returned from a brief absence. I don't believe it was stolen since I was only away for 10 minutes. I suspect the driver may have taken it back after taking the photo. Could you please provide me with a phone number to contact the delivery company? The reference number for the delivery is [redacted]1 34, and the address is The Meadows, FK28QD. I am extremely concerned, as this parcel is a diamond anniversary gift due on Saturday.

I sent a parcel to Gibralter on June 18th with tracking number HRM[redacted]4. However, according to the online tracker service, it is still at the local office waiting for delivery after almost three weeks. Despite my efforts to contact the carriers and Post Office in Gibralter, no one has been able to locate it. I am frustrated by the lack of information and communication. I am eager to find out the whereabouts of my parcel as this delay is unacceptable. It has been a challenging process, especially with the difficulty of reaching a person on the phone in Gibralter compared to other places. My son Christian Gale, who is in Dubai, purchased Apple earbuds for my birthday. Unfortunately, they were faulty. I informed him of the issue, and he reported it. Subsequently, I received a Hermes return label. On May 16th, [redacted], I dropped off the package at my local Costcutter collection point. They provided me with a receipt slip showing a number beneath the barcode, which is P[redacted]. However, I have since misplaced the receipt, and when I attempt to track the return, the number is not being recognized.

I'm frustrated that a parcel I dispatched wasn't received, even though Hermes claims it was delivered. Despite their tracking system stating it was delivered on July 24th, the package never arrived, and no delivery note was left. Initially, they mentioned it would arrive between 11 am and 1 pm today, yet now they assert no one was available, though someone was present. Subsequently, they mentioned a reattempt at delivery. This item is irreplaceable, and I'm eager to ascertain its whereabouts and uncover the reasoning behind the inconsistent information. Additionally, I'm dismayed by the inability to connect with a representative since the provided contact number is no longer operational.

I made a purchase from an eBay seller, expecting delivery on July 27th. After missing the initial delivery and receiving a notification, I anticipated today's delivery, but it did not arrive as expected. The tracking information shows it was delivered and signed for, but this did not happen. I have reached out to the seller, but I am unable to get a resolution as they show it's delivered. I scheduled a courier pickup with Hermes on July 12th to collect auction items, paying for next day service as there's a deadline for collections before items are destroyed. I purchased labels for 4 packages along with insurance. Unfortunately, none of the items have been picked up as of July 31st, and I am unable to contact Hermes in any way. Despite paying for their services, I am left with no items, which may now be destroyed or resold. I am out of pocket by over £30 for the courier and over £[redacted] in item value, in addition to £30 for delivery costs. Their automated messages offer no real assistance, directing me to keep checking the status online. Emails and phone calls lead me back to the same unhelpful bot or get disconnected. This situation is taking a toll on my well-being, causing stress, sleepless nights, and emotional distress. Hermes' lack of accountability is unacceptable, and their service is a complete disappointment.

Subject: Assistance Needed - Missing Parcel I am seeking assistance with a missing parcel issue that has not been resolved. The parcel, containing a set of bath taps being returned to the seller, was sent on March 12, [redacted], but has not reached its destination at 2 Turners Court, West Kingsdown, Kent, TN15 6EF, addressed to Mr. N Guyver. My Hermes reference details are as follows: - 16 digit number: 8[redacted] 5[redacted] - Order ref No: [redacted]2 - Parcel receipt Number: P[redacted] After tracking the parcel, it was noted that it was unable to be delivered and was allegedly damaged, which I found suspicious given the nature of the item. A customer service representative mentioned sending a claim form for compensation but I never received it, possibly due to the Covid-19 lockdown. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue online, I have been unable to make progress or reach anyone through phone support or chatbots. I am reaching out via email as a last resort. Please provide the necessary claim form, settle the claim, or contact me by phone as soon as possible. On August 23rd, I sent two suitcases from Durham to London. One arrived safely, but the other identical suitcase, marked clearly, has gone missing. It was set to be dispatched from Euromed on August 12th and vanished on June 30th. I'm struggling to reach them, and the customer service varies greatly in quality. I have had no responses to emails or promised callbacks. They suggest it's lost at their Central London Depot, but I can't find a contact number for them. I suspect theft as this has happened before. The service from Hermes is disappointing regarding guarantees and insurance. The contents are priceless, so no compensation can make up for them. It's crucial to investigate the frequency of lost (stolen) parcels in this company. My parcel code is [redacted][redacted].

I have been eagerly awaiting a delivery from Zara today. I received the usual email estimating that my package would arrive between 11am and 1pm. I was at the address during that time, but to my surprise, I received a confirmation email stating that my parcel was delivered at 1:23 pm when no courier vehicles were seen near my residence. The tracking number is 6[redacted] 8[redacted]. It seems my items may have been delivered to the wrong address as I have not received them. I live at 45 Hawkesworth Drive, Bagshot, Surrey GU19 5QY. I paid for a parcel to be picked up, and it wasn't! My customer is unhappy since I paid for next-day pick-up and delivery, and now I've lost a valuable customer due to the failure to pick it up. I'm really annoyed by this, and not being able to speak to a human is frustrating. Hermes... more like Herpes. I'm requesting a refund and compensation because I lost money and had to resort to using another company, DHL, who successfully picked up the parcel. Clearly, I'm dissatisfied with your service.

Hello, I expected a parcel from Dorothy Perkins (Bar Code: [redacted][redacted]) to be delivered by Hermes to my workplace, which is only open Monday to Friday. Despite receiving an email on Sunday, July 26th at 5:08 pm stating that the parcel was delivered, I found the workplace closed. I immediately contacted them to inquire about the delivery location, but I was simply informed that it had been delivered without any further details. I reported this to Dorothy Perkins, as Hermes seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and their drivers frequently misplace and falsely claim deliveries. I used the Hermes Assistant to track my delivery. I entered the tracking number, 1[redacted] 1[redacted], then my delivery postcode, WA2 0AX, and my address, 5 Mather Ave. The latest update on my parcel was a slight delay on the 10th of August at 09:15, sent by House of Fraser. The assistant mentioned the delay and assured me they are working to get it moving soon. I was supposed to be contacted on the 10th for a delivery update but haven't heard anything. I requested to be contacted with an explanation on the delivery status.

I encountered difficulty reporting this as the digital contact did not recognize the number, and the premium telephone line was inaccessible from the website. Due to its weight and my age (85), I could not transport it to a parcel shop. Furthermore, an email sent to your website was returned as undeliverable. Fortunately, on August 15, I convinced the courier to collect the parcel, although it was not initially on his list. According to the tracking information provided, the courier falsely claimed to have delivered the item to me on August 20th, when in reality I received a different package at that time. When I inquired about the missing parcel, the courier mentioned that it might be with another driver covering the area. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with this particular courier. In a previous incident, the courier mistakenly handed me the wrong package and left with the item I had ordered. I am deeply disappointed by the dishonesty displayed by this individual and question why such behavior is tolerated within your company. I have sent an item to a customer, and according to Hermes tracking, it shows as delivered. However, the customer has informed me that they have not received it. I have already reached out to Hermes via email to request more information, but have not received a response yet. The customer mentioned that someone was at home all day and there is no place outside to leave the parcel.
