I left my parcel with tracking number P[redacted] at the parcel shop on Rowan St. in Paisley on 4/6/20. It was picked up by the courier on 8/6/20. However, it was sent back to me on 10/6/20, and I have not received any further updates since then. I would like to know why my parcel has been in your possession for a total of 12 days and has not been returned to the sender yet. Could you please provide information on the current location of my parcel? I am eager for an explanation for this delay, especially considering how quickly I received the parcel initially. My grandson returned an Amazon parcel through a local newsagent around 25th May. We have yet to receive a refund. Unfortunately, he misplaced the slip provided by the shop, making it impossible to track the parcel. I possess a copy of the returns email from Amazon, along with the QR code that the newsagent claims has expired. Would it be possible for you to assist by reviewing this if I send you the email copy? I came home today to find a card with unclear writing stating my parcel was missed. Later, I discovered the parcel tossed over my 6ft gate, damaging the carburetor inside, which was a rare and valuable item. I've reached out through live chat but seek further assistance regarding this troubling incident. Thank you for looking into this matter. If needed, I have already sent pictures to the CEO, but can provide more via email upon request.

I have had a very frustrating experience with my Zara trench coat delivery. The package was originally scheduled to arrive on June 17 but was delayed. Despite multiple attempts to change the delivery address, the package still did not reach me, causing me inconvenience and wasted time. The latest attempt for delivery was on June 22 at an unreasonable hour. This has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal, and I expect an apology and for the product to be delivered promptly to the correct address. I hope for a quick resolution to this matter. I am inquiring about the status of my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. It has been 6 days and 2 hours since the sender provided me with a receipt, stating the parcel was sent out through Hermes for a 3 to 5 day delivery. However, the tracking information still shows that the parcel is awaiting collection from the seller. All my other orders from the same date have been delivered except for this one. I have a feeling that I may encounter delays since it is being delivered by Hermes. I apologize for being direct, but I am concerned about the delayed delivery. I am eagerly awaiting an update on the whereabouts of my parcel and an estimated delivery date. Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

I have contacted Hermes four times already, and each time, I was assured that my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] would be collected "today." This situation occurred on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and now Sunday. I am concerned about the delay as I am selling items on eBay, and the buyer is likely getting frustrated. I paid for multiple Hermes parcels simultaneously, but the courier only took the ones on his system, indicating an error occurred. I have already reached out via email about this, but have not received any response. This has been a recurring issue with Hermes over the past few weeks. I have not received any delivery time or date from Hermes. They only informed me that they had a parcel for me and would notify me when it was out for delivery. However, I did not receive any further communication. I was at home, no one rang the bell, but a Hermes delivery note was left through the letterbox without any instructions for the next delivery attempt. I am disappointed with Hermes, especially during this lockdown period. My usual Hermes delivery person was excellent and would even leave a mobile number for me to call if needed. The tracking number for the parcel is 7[redacted] 2[redacted]. I am currently home all the time. Please let me know if they are planning another delivery today or tomorrow.

Your app now shows it's on the way to me again, but it's been 5 days without delivery. I find this service very poor. Contacting a human is challenging as the automated bot named Holly lacks the necessary assistance. Could you please confirm the status of my delivery? Driving to the seller an hour away would have been quicker, but my limited mobility makes it difficult. I opted for Ebay to avoid such inconvenience. I await your response.

We had a parcel to return to Amazon.co.uk. The process began on June 27th, with a scheduled pick-up on June 28th. Amazon arranged another pick-up for today, but we have not received a confirmation call from Hermes. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]. Customer service could not recognize this tracking number, and even reaching out to Holly did not help. We need confirmation that the parcel will be picked up today. Tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I want to address an issue with my recent Hermes delivery. Due to the high volume of deliveries, my round has been split, and the new driver can't find my address. I have tried contacting customer service for assistance, but it seems impossible to provide additional information to help the driver locate my home. I even attempted to file a complaint via Resolver, but the response I received was to be patient due to the busy schedule. Unfortunately, I received a notice that the item is being returned to sender, which is inconvenient as it may no longer be available for reorder and could potentially cost more. I am now considering alternative delivery options as I currently can't rely on Hermes to deliver my online orders. I have suggestions for improvement, such as ensuring drivers have street maps, allowing communication between current and previous drivers on rounds, and permitting adjacent postcodes for delivery. I urge Hermes to provide better customer service by answering inquiries promptly and acknowledging messages within a reasonable timeframe. I purchased some pillows on eBay and have been tracking my parcel. Since placing the order, the Hermes delivery service claims to have put the pillows through my letterbox and sent a picture as proof of delivery at 1:30 this afternoon. I have been confined to my house due to illness for weeks, and they were definitely not near my door. I am frustrated with their insistence that they delivered the items without even attempting to contact me via intercom or knocking on my door. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this courier - previously, they couldn't locate my house. I am feeling extremely upset about this and am worried about a pending order from JD, especially because it's a costly item. I've been trying to reach them all day by phone, but there has been no answer.

My parcel was not delivered to The Spar shop as expected on June 15th. I have visited, emailed, and called, but the only information I have is the sender's address. I am hoping it will be returned to him soon. It has been a while, and I am concerned as I have already paid for this item. The sender listed my name and the shop's address incorrectly as I usually use click and collect. Can anyone assist in locating the parcel? The tracking states it does not require a signature, but you mentioned it was signed for. There are no flats near the shop. I need it to be returned to the sender so it can be sent to my home address promptly.

I have been trying to contact you by phone for the past two days regarding a recent issue with a delivery driver. Unfortunately, I am currently confined to bed and unable to walk, which means I cannot answer the door when the parcels are delivered. On two separate occasions, the delivery driver left the parcels in plain sight, easily visible to anyone passing by, as it is the only access point to the estate. What's worse is that by the time my partner opened the door, the driver was already gone, and I received texts claiming I had signed for the deliveries when I hadn't. This is unacceptable, and I have reported these incidents to the sellers. I have left the matter with Asda, who I believe will be contacting you. To my surprise, I then received more messages from Hermes about another delivery, which I was not expecting. When I tried to call Hermes, the only number provided seemed like a premium rate, and I was later charged for the call. I am extremely frustrated by this experience and believe I should be compensated.

Hi, I received an email saying my parcel was delivered and signed for, but I am unsure where it was left. Due to Covid-19, I understand the precautions, but I am concerned about the delivery process. The package, which I eagerly awaited from America for over 3 weeks, was simply left outside my door without notification. There is a Co-op nearby, and I hope it might be there. It is frustrating not to have signed for the package myself, and now I am struggling to prove its delivery. The suggestion to contact the seller is unhelpful. I am experiencing ongoing issues with a Hermes delivery driver who has failed to deliver to our address on two occasions in the past week. This has caused significant inconvenience as crucial orders from Amazon and John Lewis have not reached us. The driver has demonstrated rude and offensive behavior and has also refused to both pick up and deliver items. I am eager to file a formal complaint regarding her conduct and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a human representative, as the automated system has not been helpful in resolving the problem with this particular driver.

I shipped a package through Hermes to an address in Staffordshire on June 29th. The receipt number is P[redacted] and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. On July 1st, it was on its way to the courier in Crewe but was not delivered due to damage. Then on July 2nd, it was on its way to the courier again. By July 5th, it was held at Crewe due to more damage. On July 6th, it was reported as damaged beyond repair. However, for the past three days, it has still been shown as "in transit." I am unsure if it will return to me in Nottingham or if it has been lost. Contacting Hermes has been frustrating as I am stuck in an automated service loop.

I have yet to receive my package from Sports Direct. It reached the Hermes depot on Saturday, July 4th, [redacted], but there has been no progress, and the courier has not picked it up for delivery. Despite tracking it, the status remains unchanged. I have been unable to reach Hermes or Sports Direct by phone. I also emailed Sports Direct with no response. I am feeling frustrated and worried because this parcel contains a birthday gift for my 7-year-old grandson - personalized football boots and shin pads.
