Hi there, I’ve bought an item through jack & Jones which I had to send back on the **th of May. I’ve still not received the notification from jack&jones to say they’ve received the items back. This has been over * weeks now and the parcel status still just says on the way to the sender. I’m due an ** pounds refund which is now probably going to take another week or two. Can you please investigate this and let me know when the item will return back to the company **Thank you
