I was reluctant to go back into my account as last time I ended up paying twice for one order due to exactly the same problem!! Your offer of £*.** flashes up before you get a chance to print the label and as a consequence you do not get the opportunity to print the labels. This is exactly what happened this time. Eventually I took courage in my hands and went back into my account and managed to look at the current order awaiting collection, pressed return and immediately the screen showed me the unprinted labels. I believe the you seriously need to look at and make the closing out of the order more secure. As I say it has happened to me twice with a considerable space of time between both happenings. Please please look at the software and make it much safer for customers to use
