Last week, I had a conversation on web chat regarding one of your drivers who was impolite towards me. I requested a different driver to deliver my parcel to avoid any confrontation due to his behavior. However, on the same day, he came to my door an hour later, verbally assaulted me, refused to hand over my package, pointed at me, and threw the package at me. This behavior is unacceptable. I explicitly asked not to have him near my property, yet today he delivered my package again. This incident illustrates a lack of consideration for customers and seems like the company tolerates such behavior from its drivers.

I dropped off a parcel at B Smart phone repairs, Skelmanthorpe HD8 9DA on 10/02. The assistant had trouble processing the payment, and after three attempts, it went through for £14.78 more than it should have. I received three receipts and tracking numbers for one parcel, indicating I was charged three times. I need a refund for the two extra charges. Please reach out to me promptly.

Hello, I ordered 3 items from Boohoo for next day delivery for my Valentine's outfit. Unfortunately, I mistakenly had them delivered to my old address. I tried to contact Boohoo to correct this, but the order had already been sent to Hermes. Boohoo requested the order back from Hermes, but I prefer to have it delivered to my old address where my neighbor has agreed to accept it. I also need to inquire if it's possible to have it rerouted to my new address or arrange for a pickup. Can you please assist me with this? Thank you.

I recently received an email from Hermes stating they had attempted to deliver my reading glasses on February 10th at 15:14, but found no one home and nowhere safe to leave the package. Surprisingly, no calling card was left, and I had left the back door open for deliveries. Disputing their claim of a delivery attempt, as of today, February 13th, I have not received my package. The signature mentioned for a previous delivery is inaccurate, and it seems my valuable item was carelessly left on the steps. I am unable to contact them directly, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their unreliable service. - D Corlett

A note left on my doorstep got soaked in the rain and is now unreadable. Despite a photo showing a package, there was no delivery left. In my safe neighborhood, it seems unlikely the package was stolen within 11 minutes. The delivery number for the missing parcel is [redacted]3, but I did receive delivery number [redacted]7 after 1:30 pm. I left the house at 1:30 pm and saw no box, but when I returned at 5 pm, the package was there.

I paid for next-day delivery on an item from Boohoo today and received a 4-6pm time slot for delivery, which is late for my business address because generally deliveries should arrive before 5pm. After speaking with a representative on live chat who assured me the parcel would arrive by 4pm, it did not show up. Despite keeping my workplace open until 6pm, the parcel was still a no-show by the promised time. I find this unprofessional and would like a refund for the delayed delivery as I needed the item today. I request the parcel be delivered tomorrow morning promptly, as it is urgent.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] The website indicates that the item was delivered at 12:11 pm today (Friday), but my wife was at work, my daughter was at university, and I am offshore. A squiggle of a signature is noted. I have a Ring Doorbell, and it shows no delivery attempt today. However, someone did attempt to deliver a large, flat item yesterday (Thursday) at 2:57 pm, but no one was home, and no failed delivery card was left. I recently purchased an auction lot from America containing numerous items. This parcel was sent via special delivery and required a signature due to its high value. Yesterday, on 28/02/[redacted], the envelope was delivered through my letterbox open and empty. The delivery driver did not obtain a signature and hastily left the scene. I find this situation appalling as I eagerly awaited this package for over a month and had already paid import taxes. It seems likely that this issue stems from the negligence of your delivery driver, evident by the lack of a signature and their hurried departure. I urgently seek resolution for this matter. I am writing to express my concern about the company's values and services. I recently purchased a new mattress for my daughter's daybed from eBay and was expecting it to arrive on Wednesday. However, to my surprise, I checked my eBay purchases and found out that the item was delivered on Saturday at 10:42 with a signature. At that time, nobody in my family was home as I was at the recycling center disposing of cartons from a bed we received on Friday. The recycling center's CCTV can confirm my whereabouts, and I also have proof of being at ALDI shopping afterward. I am certain that if I inquire with the courier company about the delivery, they will provide a different story, claiming that the signature belongs to me or my wife, which is false. I am disappointed by this situation as we were expecting the mattresses for my daughter, and now we feel cheated by the courier. This experience has left me unhappy.

I had two packages scheduled for delivery on the 28th of February. I received one package, signed for it, but it wasn't the one I was supposed to get. Now, there seems to be a mix-up as I am being told that I received the package I did not actually get and that I signed for it. I received a Hermes delivery at my workplace from an eBay seller with barcode number [redacted][redacted]. Sadly, the package arrived torn, which led to the item inside being damaged as well. The seller mentioned contacting you, but it seems no refund has been issued to her, resulting in me being unable to get a refund. I believe some form of compensation should be possible as I am now at a loss financially.

I placed an order on Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by Lighting and Mobile Accessories UK. My parcel was with the Hermes courier, and I was informed there would be a delay. I don't believe the item was ever shipped as promised on February 29. I have decided to cancel this order and will be reaching out to Amazon about the situation. I am quite upset and will express my dissatisfaction with Amazon. If you have the item, please return it as I will purchase it from another company for £[redacted]. Losing £82.00 is disappointing. On Saturday, February 29th, I placed order number [redacted][redacted], which, as per the email I received, was marked as delivered and signed for. I attempted to check the email to view the recipient's signature, but encountered an issue accessing the information. I was home all day on the 29th of February and did not receive any packages from your company or any other couriers. I kindly request assistance in locating the parcel's delivery destination and identifying the individual who acknowledged receipt of the package. Additionally, I have attempted to contact customer service but have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative. Yesterday, I came home to find two delivery cards stating that I missed two deliveries, and the packages were left with an unreadable neighbor's address. After investigating, I discovered the parcels were left about a 20-minute walk away, which I am unable to do due to arthritis. Despite specifying a safe place for delivery, it was disregarded. I paid for home delivery and now face the challenge of retrieving the parcels. If the items are not delivered within the next 24 hours as per the paid 24-hour delivery service, I will contact the suppliers to request a refund for undelivered goods. On Saturday, February 29th, tracking number [redacted][redacted] showed as delivered and signed for in an email. Unfortunately, the panel to view who signed for it in the email is not functioning, leaving me unaware of the recipient. Despite being home all day on that Saturday, I did not receive any parcel from Hermes or other couriers. I kindly request your assistance in locating where the parcel was delivered and the identity of the signee. Moreover, I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service but have had no success reaching a representative using the provided numbers. I purchased a Teepee for my grandsons from an eBay seller, Goods Better. Unfortunately, there was a glitch during the order process, causing the delivery address to be my own instead of my son's. Despite contacting the retailer and Hermes, the delivery address couldn't be changed. The parcel is currently at the Hermes depot in Rugby. When attempting to contact Hermes by phone, I couldn't convey my issue through the automated system. I am looking to have the parcel, tracking number: [redacted][redacted], sent to my son, Mr. A. Ewart, at 26 Darley Street, Sale, Manchester, M33 7TB. If the parcel is sent to my address, I will have to refuse it due to travel restrictions related to the pandemic. I hope for a swift resolution. On March 19, [redacted], I tried to send a parcel using Hermes to Devon. I completed all the necessary details and paid the fee, but I did not receive a tracking number. The screen went blank on two separate attempts, and despite paying each time, I never received a tracking number or confirmation for the parcel collection. Frustrated, I decided to send the parcel via Royal Mail instead, but I am now out of pocket by £12.98. I am seeking a refund for the unsuccessful Hermes service.

Hello, I have received two deliveries from different companies this week, and both were left nearly a quarter-mile away from my address near a waste bin. The first delivery was discovered by a local who found us via Facebook, and the second was retrieved by a neighbor's friend who then passed it on to us. Typically, we have had no issues with Hermes and other delivery companies. The sellers, Allans of Netherton in Dudley, West Midlands, and Trilig Enterprises Ltd. on Dynevor Road in London (tracking numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]), have been informed about this situation. I purchased an Amazon Fire Stick from Amazon.co.uk on 24.03.[redacted] with the delivery date set for Friday 27.03.[redacted]. The tracking ID is [redacted][redacted]. Despite receiving a notification that the parcel was delivered, it was not received by my family and me. We have been self-isolating for the past 11 days due to Covid-19, and no delivery attempt was made. The tracking shows a signature provided at 13:23, but it also states that the parcel remained with the courier at 13:29. There has been no further update on the location of my parcel since then.

Hello, I have not received my parcel with barcode number [redacted][redacted]. According to the courier, it was delivered on Wednesday, 1st April at 1:56 PM to ADAM KAROL MUSIAL at 2 HUNTLEY HOUSE CHESHAM FOLD RO. However, nobody at my address signed for it. My partner is always at home due to the company being closed, and no courier has shown up. There is a notice on the front door instructing to leave packages at neighbor flat number 10 if nobody is home. My security cameras show that no courier came during the stated delivery time. I pay for each parcel's delivery and do not want them to go missing or be left arbitrarily. While I have no issues with other couriers, this is the first time I have encountered delivery problems with your company.
