On or around the 6th of last month, a courier from your company delivered a parcel. I requested the courier to take an Ace parcel for return, and he agreed. He did not provide any receipts and instructed me to inform Ace that a Hermes courier had collected the return. My carer can verify this incident as they were present at that time. I was unfamiliar with this courier and can be reached at 01[redacted]23. I have been wrongly charged for the contents and have declined payment. I have provided a description of the courier to your other staff who believe he may have been a temporary worker. If I encounter him again, both my carer and I can identify him. Please contact me to resolve this matter and clear my name. I am a 73-year-old person with Asthma and COPD who is homebound. The parcel consisted of a black Liverpool jacket with the club's emblem on the front left side. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, M.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] Upon arriving home on Saturday, 11.01.20, in the evening, I discovered a Hermes Card left at my residence indicating that a parcel was left with my neighbor. Although Hermes emailed me that the parcel was delivered and signed for at the designated address at 17:27, no one was present to receive it as per their claim. The signature on the delivery does not resemble mine and my name was misspelled. I request Hermes to confirm the actual delivery address. I possess CCTV footage of my front yard, which I will review soon. It is puzzling that the note and email provide contradictory information regarding the delivery location and recipient. I accidentally ordered the wrong weight for my parcel that is more than I expected, and I urgently need to cancel the order. I submitted the order before 10 pm yesterday. I've already placed a new order with the correct weight. I've been trying to contact Hermes.com without success. The website suggests reaching out online or calling customer service if I can't find the answer online. However, the pre-recorded customer service line redirects me back online and abruptly disconnects the call. The chat option only focuses on tracking parcels and does not address my issue. All my attempts to address the real problem have been unsuccessful.

I dropped off a parcel at the Premier Shop at 5-7 Felpham Road in Felpham yesterday for a return to Amazon. The assistant scanned the QR code from the email and printed a label. However, the blue card receipt I received has a barcode and an 8-digit reference number starting with the prefix P. This information does not seem to work with the parcel tracking on Amazon's website. I was expecting a 16-digit tracking number. When I revisited the shop, they mentioned that the blue card receipt is all they provide and suggested I contact Hermes for further assistance. I have not received any confirmation emails from Amazon regarding the collection of the parcel or its current location. The number on the blue card is P[redacted]. Please provide guidance on this matter.

I would like to report an issue regarding a missing delivery. The eBay tracking number [redacted] provided by the seller claims the item was left on a porch at my address at 5 Albert Mews, Romford. However, this is inaccurate as my home does not have a porch and is located behind a locked gate 60 meters away from the main street. I am Andi Maloney. eBay informed me I need a report from you regarding this delivery before I can proceed with a refund claim. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and provide details and possible photos of the courier's claimed delivery location. I need this information to request a refund of £54.99. I am contacting Groupon regarding an order delivery concern. According to their records, the item with HMS# [redacted][redacted] was marked as delivered and signed for on January 15th at 12:06. However, I was at work at that time, and no one was home to accept the package. The signature on file is just a line with no identifiable name. This has happened before, where the delivery person leaves no note or attempts to deliver to a neighbor. I had to search for my package previously. I am frustrated with the delivery service in my area and the repeated issues I am facing. I hope this can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I tracked a parcel using the reference number [redacted][redacted] from an email I received. The tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered to my home address yesterday, but no calling card was left. I checked my safe place, but could not find the parcel. I have used Hermes frequently, and they usually leave a calling card. I am unsure if the parcel was actually delivered. My address is 74A Victoria Avenue, Newport NP198LR, and the supposed delivery date was yesterday, the 17th of January.

Hello, my name is Suleika. We have recently encountered a big problem with your drivers not delivering our goods that were ordered by my sister and partner to our address at 24 Summerwood Road, Isleworth TW7 7QD. Yesterday, my sister received a text around 8 pm claiming the order had been delivered, but she never signed for or received anything. This has been an ongoing issue since December, and we are unable to get in touch with Hermes as there is no human contact available. I am very upset with Hermes Courier Company's incompetence and lack of customer service. If the issue of drivers not delivering items is not rectified, I will escalate this matter to trading standards to alert other customers.

I am hoping to inquire about the status of two packages that seem to be missing. The tracking information is not updating correctly. I have attempted to contact Hermes customer service via email twice, but I keep receiving automated responses instructing me to check with the sender. However, I am the one who sent the packages and I am trying to understand what has happened to them. I dispatched both parcels on January 10th (Parcel receipt: P[redacted]). The parcel numbers are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. These parcels were Amazon returns, and I used labels provided by Amazon. I brought the QR codes to the Parcel Shop, where they attached the labels and sent the parcels. The tracking information indicates that the item has been returned to the sender. I am unsure if this means the parcels have been forwarded to the address specified by the QR code or if they have been sent back to the Parcel Shop. It is unclear whether the parcels have reached their final destination since there is no update showing delivery. I just need clarification on whether the parcels are en route to the retailer, as this delay is affecting my refund. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter.

On Wednesday, January 15th, I scheduled a pick-up from my home for the following day. However, no one arrived. After a chat online, I was informed that I needed to take the parcel to a drop-off point. I explained that I wasn't feeling well, which was why I requested the pick-up service, but I was simply told to use the alternative method. By the time I responded, there was no assistance available. I have since taken the parcel to the post office this morning and paid again to have it sent, as the original service was not completed. It is disappointing that I have been charged twice for this service. Your customer service is lacking, and it's understandable why your Facebook page is full of negative feedback. How do you manage to stay in business with such a high volume of complaints?

I placed an order on November 23, [redacted], for a floor mop and tall bucket with rinser. Payment was made via PayPal. Despite Yinglian Trading Co. Ltd. stating that the item was delivered by Hermes courier service and signed for, I have not received it at my address at 3 Ash Grove, Enfield, EN1 2LD. A note with Reference No. [redacted]8 was left at my door on Monday, January 20th in the afternoon, indicating my parcel was passed to my neighbor "at left." However, my direct neighbor did not receive the parcel, and the one adjacent is currently away. The email received regarding the delivery stated it was signed for by the customer, which is inaccurate. Moreover, my wife was inside our home all afternoon and hardly left the room near where the note was left. The delivery of the parcel seems to have lacked efficiency and security. Hello, Regarding parcel delivery reference [redacted]1, I reside in a first-floor flat and was present at home when I heard my letterbox being used. Unfortunately, by the time I made it downstairs, a missed delivery card was already left on my mat. As a disabled individual, running down the stairs is not an option for me. Upon returning to my flat, I noticed a man entering a white van. Had he utilized the door knocker, I would have heard him as I heard the letterbox noise. I am dissatisfied as I am unable to locate a contact number for assistance. The note mentions a second delivery attempt tomorrow, but I have a scheduled appointment in the afternoon. I attempted to call a number provided, but it does not recognize the 8-digit code. Contrary to my previous delivery experience last week, where I received emails detailing the delivery timing, this time no such notifications were received. I dropped off a parcel at my local Hermes store on December 23rd, it was collected on December 30th, and on December 31st, I received a notification that it was being sent back to me. This was a return for an Amazon item, and according to Amazon tracking, they have not received the package as of January 23rd. I was informed by the store that delivery usually takes a maximum of two weeks, but it's been over three weeks now. I am concerned about the delay and need assurance that the parcel will be returned to Amazon promptly, as it contains an expensive item for refund. Greetings, I purchased a Region FREE Blu-ray player on eBay and unfortunately, My HERMES marked it as delivered without actually delivering it. eBay requires proof from My Hermes to process a refund, but contacting them is proving to be a challenge. Despite my efforts, communication with the local delivery person was difficult due to a language barrier. As a disabled student and volunteer living on a tight budget without support from family, the loss of £44.99 is significant to me. The total loss due to this issue is £[redacted].65, and the lack of action from eBay is disheartening. I sent a parcel on 17/01/20 with the barcode [redacted][redacted]. It was picked up but has been stuck at the depot in Carlisle without delivery for 12 days. The recipient is waiting, and I am frustrated. Despite the package's contents being eligible for compensation, my request was denied. I believe I am owed a refund for Hermes' pick-up and delivery service. It is Hermes' duty to ensure delivery, and I should not be held accountable for the missing parcel in their system. The matter seemed closed with no compensation, but on Mon 2 March, nearly seven weeks later, I finally received compensation, even though the parcel remains unfound.

I am Mrs. S Holden, and I'm waiting for my delivery of a 30m2 2mm White Acoustic Underlay scheduled for Wednesday. It has not arrived yet, and I've been attempting to track it down. The entryphone and front doorbell have not been activated, and the driver claims to have been here, which is not accurate. Unfortunately, this delay in delivery has caused me to pay my carpet fitters for their time spent waiting around.
