An item that I ordered from groupon was supposedly delivered on Wednesday **th January at **.**. Hms* **************** Apparently this item was signed for at my property. Firstly we were at work and no one was in. Secondly the person who supposedly signed for the parcel signed it with a line. No name. This is not the first time I've had a problem with yourselves. Who ever delivers in my area is an absolute waste of time and clearly isn't doing their job properly. The last time the signature was also a line, no card was left to say a delivery had been attempted and parcel left with neighbour. I had to go knocking on neighbours doors and eventually tracked down my parcel. I would never recommend your services to anyone. *I want this matter dealt with.
