I placed an order with Dongguan Shunfa Logistics on November 6, [redacted], under order number [redacted]. Although I received part of the order on December 19, not all items were delivered. The tracking number provided was [redacted][redacted]. The sender claims all goods were shipped and signed for on December 19, but I only received part of the order and was not asked to sign for it. My attempts to contact customer service via phone were unsuccessful, as an automated voice indicated my parcel was delivered and signed for, without providing an option to speak with a representative. The sender mentioned it is now the logistics company's responsibility. I have seen a copy of the signature, and it is not mine. Sincerely, Mr. Ian Bennett.

I previously reported being charged 8 times £2.99 for a return slip, even though the website indicated the transaction didn't go through each time. However, my account was still debited multiple times. Due to insufficient funds in my account, my neighbor will incur charges. Additionally, I did not receive any return slip emails. Overall, attempting to obtain a £3 return slip has now cost me £35. Customer service directed me to contact Hermes.com, but the provided phone number was incorrect. When I managed to call, the automated system was unhelpful and directed me back to the online chat, which is not resolving my issue. I'm stuck in a cycle of confusion with multiple Hermes.com phone numbers. Please assist me with resolving this situation.

I recently received a delivery from Hermes via m and m direct with 5 items. One of the items was incorrect in size and needed to be returned, so I selected option 1 on myhermes to request a return label, as I live near a Hermes shop. After attempting to confirm the order multiple times using my neighbor's debit card, each time receiving a "payment not successful" message, I discovered that myhermes had charged £23.92 in 8 instalments of £2.99 each, causing an overdraft for my neighbor. I never received any return emails and instead returned the item through the post office. To resolve this issue, I am seeking a refund of £23.92 for my neighbor, Gemma Henderson, who owns the Clydesdale bank debit card I used. I hope this matter can be promptly resolved to avoid any further inconvenience. Best regards, Stuart.

I was charged eight times for a £2.99 return despite being told my payment did not go through. I've been trying for two days to get the £23.92 refunded to my neighbor Gemma Henderson's Clydesdale debit account. I received an email at 3 a.m. stating the issue was resolved and asking for feedback. However, when I clicked on "not yet resolved," I was redirected back here. My name is Stuart Kane, and you can reach me at [redacted] My address is 93 Beechwood Road, Blackburn, West Lothian. Gemma Henderson lives at 89 Beechwood Road. Please refund the amount into her Clydesdale account to resolve this matter and help her avoid bank charges. I don't understand why I was told the issue was resolved when it wasn't. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Stuart.

I scheduled a parcel pick-up on 6.1.20 online using order number [redacted]9. The courier initially provided receipt number [redacted]2 but later gave another receipt with number [redacted]3 upon returning (contact Mark at [redacted]2). On 8.1.20, the courier informed me the depot required a barcode for the parcel from Alexandria and couldn't accept it without it. Despite attaching the details from the online label to the package, I was told there was no barcode. I've tried reaching out via phone and revisiting the site without success. I used a credit card for this order and am stuck without further instructions. Urgently, the item must be returned to the seller by 11.1.20 for a refund. Please address this promptly. D Burns.

I recently sold an item on eBay and used a courier service to send it to a click and collect location. The buyer changed their mind before picking it up, requesting the parcel to be returned to me. However, since December 5th, [redacted], I have not received the item back. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I keep getting the same response that it's being returned to me. It has been over a month, and I'm still waiting for resolution. The item in question was a Mulberry purse worth £[redacted], which seems to have been lost by Hermes during the return process.

I have contacted Hermes.com regarding a payment issue. The refund of £23.92 taken from my neighbor's bank account for a return label never processed, even though the website confirmed no charges were made. I provided Gemma Henderson's details, 89 Beechwood Road, Blackburn, West Lothian, EH47 7PJ, and her Clydesdale bank debit card information. I would like Hermes.com to refund the amount charged to her account. My details are Stuart Kane, 93 Beechwood Road, Blackburn, West Lothian, EH47 7PJ, email: [redacted] Kindly address this concern promptly as previous attempts to resolve it through phone or online have been unsuccessful. Appreciate your help. Best, Stuart.

I am frustrated as my item worth £[redacted] was left in a "safe" place without my consent. It was placed behind a see-through gate where it is visible to passersby. Unfortunately, the item is now missing. I have checked with neighbors, but no one has seen it. These were my holiday clothes, and I cannot afford to replace them. Please contact me promptly regarding this issue. Order Reference: [redacted][redacted]

My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the tracking information shows a delay with no explanation or updated delivery date. I have attempted to reach out through phone calls with no success and there is no live chat option. This package, tracked under no.[redacted][redacted], is very important, especially since I am leaving for vacation tomorrow. I urgently need an update on its delivery status.

My parcel, with valuable contents, was left in what was considered a secure location behind an iron gate that is visible from the street. Due to ongoing roadworks in the area, the parcel has gone missing. The missing items are worth £[redacted], and they were crucial holiday clothing items. As a result, I'm unable to reorder the items due to financial constraints. ASOS directed me to reach out to you regarding this issue. I urge for a swift resolution; otherwise, I may need to escalate this matter further. Case Reference: [redacted][redacted].

I received a notification that my package was delivered to 2 Sun Lane, WF11SE. The message mentioned it was left in an outbuilding, but I do not have one. I have searched everywhere and cannot locate the package, which contains an expensive printer. Leaving it outside when I live in the city is unacceptable. I need the printer for work immediately. Please locate my package for me. I am extremely disappointed, and this will be my final interaction with your services if my item is handled this way. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with a missing iPhone 8 that I purchased from a vendor on eBay on 5/1/[redacted]. The last tracking update was on 6/1/[redacted] when it was noted that there was an issue during transit as the driver did not scan the package at the depot. I have reached out to customer service but have not had any success. An operator on the chat indicated that the parcel was scanned at the depot on 6/1/[redacted] and is on its way to the hub, but they are unable to reach the hub. I was advised to wait 5 days for it to be found. Patiently, I waited for 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update, but there has been no progress. I have informed the seller and raised a complaint with Hermes, which triggered an inquiry, but nothing further has happened. I plan to escalate the matter to eBay tomorrow if there are no developments. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The driver left the parcel on my doorstep without waiting for me to answer the intercom. As a disabled individual who relies on the intercom to communicate with delivery personnel, this has caused significant inconvenience. Due to being in a wheelchair, I am unable to bend down to pick up the package. Additionally, if I had been out at the time of delivery, the package would have obstructed my entrance. I believe drivers should wait for instructions before leaving packages unattended, especially when it is obvious that the property belongs to a disabled person who requires assistance.

I have been attempting to contact you without success. On December 30, [redacted], I processed a return with M&M Direct and bought a returns label. Your company sent the label via email, which I received. When M&M Direct confirmed they received my parcel, I discovered I was charged four times £2.99 on December 31, [redacted]. I only purchased one returns label but saw I was charged multiple times incorrectly. I kindly request a refund of £8.97 for the three extra charges. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I am looking forward to hearing back from you regarding my refund.

I recently learned that a package was delivered and signed for according to the tracking information on 03/01/[redacted]. However, my provider's records state that the delivery took place on 10/01/[redacted]. Neither I nor my neighbors have received the parcel. I reached out to Floryday, the supplier, and provided them with the tracking reference number [redacted][redacted]. I am requesting the signature from the delivery as sometimes packages are placed in unusual locations like on top of post boxes or in recycling bins. I find it odd that the supplier informed me a week later that the package was delivered, especially considering they promptly notified me about a more recent order today. I am looking for a resolution to either receive the goods or a refund. Your prompt response would be appreciated.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting the collection of my parcel. Upon registering the collection request, it was indicated that it would be picked up the following working day, which is today. However, upon checking the Hermes website with the tracking number, it states that the parcel is still awaiting pickup from the sender. I am required to remain available to sign for the parcel, but given my upcoming hospital appointments this week, I am anxious to confirm the collection time.

Upon my husband's return home at 6am on Sunday, January 12th, he noticed a blank Hermes card wedged over our letterbox, not actually placed inside. Upon investigation, we discovered an 8-digit code on the card but no indication of the parcel's whereabouts. Using the app, we learned the package had been delivered on Saturday, January 11th at 11:24 am, purportedly left in a front porch we do not possess. The photo evidence revealed it was left in our hedge near the front door, exposed to the elements. Despite the item being adequately packaged, we are unsettled by the delivery mishap. The incomplete card left outside and the incorrect delivery location in inclement weather have left us dissatisfied with the service. - V.R. [redacted]

I was expecting a delivery on Saturday but received a text saying it couldn't be delivered. I am curious about the new delivery date as the parcel tracking shows it's delayed. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I've tried calling without success, and the courier didn't leave a missed delivery card on Saturday even though we were home. I contacted Amazon, but they are also unable to reach you. It's frustrating that the supposed best delivery service is hard to contact. Waiting for an email instead of having a live chat is disappointing. Thank you for addressing this matter. Sincerely, Mrs. P.

I receive regular parcels from TKMaxx, but I always seem to have issues with Hermes. One time, I asked them to deliver to my neighbor, but they left it on my porch instead. Luckily, my neighbor took it in for me. Today, I saw the delivery van from my kitchen window, but the driver didn't even knock or ring the bell. When I confronted him, he ignored me and was about to leave my parcel on the porch with a "missed you" note, even though I was home. I'm concerned about the lack of care in leaving my items exposed. The drivers need to be more mindful and actually attempt to make deliveries properly. I hope this can be resolved promptly as I'm a frustrated customer.

I am experiencing an issue with Hermes regarding a parcel delivery. The courier left the package in an unsupervised area next to my porch without my consent, leading to the parcel going missing. Despite numerous attempts to contact Hermes, I only receive automated responses indicating the delivery was made. I am now out of pocket for £44 due to the missing item, a violin. The sender is unable to claim for musical instruments according to Hermes policies. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and concerned about the ineffective system that allows for such errors. I have tried reaching out to the seller who claims the delivery was successful, but the item is still missing. I urgently require a resolution to this situation and clarification from Hermes.
